At KATAAB, we place great importance on providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Every order is processed from our workshop in Berlin, Germany and securely packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the total weight of the items in your order. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Germany (domestic): Standard delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days.
EU countries: Standard delivery usually takes place within 7-14 working days.
North America (USA & CANADA): The estimated delivery time is 12-21 business days.
International shipping (other destinations): currently not possible.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance or delays with local delivery services.

2. Processing times for orders

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or other charges depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for any additional charges.

4. Shipping partner

We work with trusted shipping providers to ensure timely and safe delivery. Tracking information is provided for all shipments so you can track the shipping status of your order at any time.

5. Delays and problems

Although we always strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance, postal strikes or other circumstances. If you experience a significant delay or non-receipt of your order, please contact us immediately at info@kataabwerkstatt.de so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

All deliveries are subject to our general terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions as well as the shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address during checkout. Address changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.

2. Failed delivery attempts

Should delivery fail due to incorrect address or non-collection of the package, KATAAB reserves the right to re-incur shipping costs. Returns due to such reasons may also be subject to restocking fees.

3. Damaged or lost packages

Should a package be lost or damaged in transit, we will work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. Please notify us of any delivery issues within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
