Yes, all our leather goods are handmade in our workshop and produced with the utmost care and attention to detail. Each piece is unique and of the highest quality.
3. Do you offer personalization or engraving?
Yes, we offer personalization options such as monograms or custom engravings. Please select this option when ordering.
4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Personalized items may take an additional 2-3 days. Delivery times vary by location.
5. Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, after your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of the delivery.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, however personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
7. How do I care for my leather product?
To maintain the quality of the leather, avoid direct sunlight, moisture and extreme heat. Use leather conditioners regularly to keep it supple and prevent cracking.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, changes may not be accommodated as production may have already begun.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer any gift wrapping. However, our standard packaging is good enough to give as a gift.
10. Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, we place great importance on sustainability and use vegetable tanned leather and eco-friendly packaging. Our products are designed to last to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
12. Will sold out items be available again?
Yes, popular items are regularly restocked. You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

We currently operate an online store only, however we do occasionally host pop-up events/markets. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date.
